On any given project, we do not represent any operator when acting as adviser to the local authority.

Transparent fees
We receive no payment from an operator without the local authority being informed.

Formalised commitments
Our role and fee arrangements are defined in writing at the start of every engagement.

Conflict-of-interest prevention
Any conflict of interest is disclosed to the local authority and leads us to decline the engagement.

Respect for elected officials' prerogatives
The final decision rests with elected officials. Our work does not replace that of the local authority's legal advisers.
